Sekuwa is a traditional Nepalese dish of marinated meat (typically lamb, goat, chicken, pork, or buffalo) that is skewered and grilled over a wood fire for a smoky flavor. The meat is infused with a blend of Nepali spices, yogurt, and herbs, resulting in a tender and flavorful dish often served with a side of fresh salad, chutneys, and a fermented pickle called achaar
